Booking Cancellation Policy
Changes to direct bookings, made via our website, up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charges. Any other changes can be subject to availability and an additional fee.
Our rates are refundable or non-refundable depending on which rates you chose when you booked. Our refundable rates are fully refundable only if cancelled 2 days prior to arrival as per your reservation.
