Before Covid, I stayed at Deepcut Lodge for around 2 years as I live in the Midlands but worked locally in Farnborough. I decided to stay here again as I had further work locally. I found that it was under new management who I found were very helpful and sorted out any issues straight away. The breakfast selections have been upgraded and the rooms are kept very tidy and clean.I had the pleasure of meeting Vish and Poonam (the new management) and found them to be incredibly nice people and would always want to make sure you have a pleasant stay.The Lodge is located in a quiet area, close to a shop and takeaways. WiFi is very fast and reliable.

Simple but sleek. Loved the set up of the rooms and communal area. Had everything we needed. Hosts were helpful but we didn't require anything else after our booking. Only issue was the shower head (room 4), good job it was a wet room.

The owners were very helpful, answering my booking queries very promptly even though it was late at night. The arrival was easy and straightforward and I liked the keycode system, so there was no key or card/getting locked out to worry about. They kindly catered for my vegan breakfast needs and the facilities were good throughout.

Independent self check in and out property. Rooms very clean modern and beds were lovely and linen all clean and fresh. No door keys to worry about as you get an access code you use for the communal areas. Wet room rather than horrid shower curtains etc was welcomed. Everything you need was available. Cannot praise our stay enough, have messaged the owners with a couple of ideas to enhance the stay for others going forward but nothing in any way critical. Pre arrival information was spot on and delivered when they said it would be. Every detail like heaters, iron, laundry all thought through well. Would I return? 1000% and wish them the best for the future with their business

From booking over the phone, Vish was excellent and did the booking and took payment smoothly. I didn't have any internet connection at the time, but Vish made sure he sent me an SMS with confirmation details after the booking was done. The check in details sent on the day is clear and very informative and nice easy check in process. Single room is a decent size as expected and nice en-suite shower. Lodge is great overall and plenty supplied in the kitchen area to help yourself with. Will visit again when I pass by the area next time.

Left to your own devices clear instructions on what to do prior to arriving - we did not actually have breakfast but the fridge was full so you could help your self - tea and coffee in the room you just needed to go and get milk from fridge.Would recommend

Easy to find, easy self check in process, limited free parking on site. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly & helpful staff ensuring I was happy (via messaging system). I would definitely stay again.

I booked over the phone for same day booking, and the gentleman who took my booking was very nice and made it go so smooth and quick. I got my self check in details sent straight away after booking and it was a very easy process to check in.The room was large and modern and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and abundance of everything they mentioned in their continental self service.Overall a great stay at the lodge as it was convenient for me and near to where I needed to be.Will definitely stay again if I am I the area again. A great host and very humble.

Very good communication. The room was clean room and spacious and was very good for the price. The kitchen was very nice however would get an easier kettle and make items easier to find. In my room the only things I would change was the towels and a separate code to my door from the main door to the property as I was travelling alone. Overall I would stay again.

Easy to locate. Loved the self check-in via the access code (I assume the accesss code differs from room to room?). Room was clean and tidy, extra warm blankets provided. Availability of a hot breakfast being provided would have been ideal and a staff member around perhaps during breakfast time (a contact phone number was provided for any issues though). Also need to fix the broken skyview window in room 2 & the few other "I'm waiting to be fixed" appliances here & there.

The same access code that is given to each guest for the room access will also work for each guest to access the communal kitchen area. So, it is all safe and no one can access any other rooms :).We are happy that overall your stay with us went well. The Room 2 which you stayed in has the electric blind not working due to a battery that we have been spending months to try and get hold on and finding it very difficult. It has been on our list of things but that specific item is been hard. On the other hand, the only one thing that has "faulty not working" is the built in Microwave in the kitchen area. Hence why we have another microwave on the kitchen surface so that we still have a functional microwave and for this not to be an issue.We do not offer hot breakfast unfortunately and as advertised, it's continental breakfast. We do not have any plans offering this in the future as this is not our current model. We also do not have staffs and breakfast is self service so all our guests can feel more homely. I had a great time at the Deepcut Lodge B&B.Room was clean and bed comfortable.The common kitchen was a very useful feature.Breakfast food was always available which saved a lot of money considering the cost of breakfast at most hotels.

Good communication in place with regard to on line check-in process early morning of our stay with the key lock information sent near time of check-in.Another 24/3/24 A lovely stay with you. Clean and fresh modern room with en-suite and tea making facilities. Well stocked continental breakfast in kitchen area. The road works out front has a one way system in place just now so may have to go round to get to Lodges if coming from Lightwater.We will be back. Thank you, Vish & Poonam.

It was just the ticket we had travelled over with familyasmy husband had been rushed into hospital and everything was just right for our stay , really had thought of everything!Maybe 🤔 could do with some more food item selections eg: yogurts meats etc .But was perfect we purchased a Chinese meal from local restaurant and ate in comfort in the fully equipped kitchen with tv. Suited our needs perfectly as we travelled back and forth . Rooms were comfortable and well stocked with refreshments.Thank you 😊

Comfortable clean room with everything we wanted. Tea and coffee facilities, comfy bed, decent bathroom. Kitchen facilities available and continental breakfast.Reminded us of a motel set up (although we parked our car in the nearby free car park) as you don't get a chance to meet any staff. Very efficient check in details sent. We'd stay again. Only negative comment was the skylight in our room was covered over so there was no natural light. Think this was going to be repaired?

We did cover it up in Summer as the day is longer and the natural light in the room was till too late in the evening or too early in the morning. We have been meaning to remove the cover just not got around it. Also, we have been let down 3 times by proper companies to try get the automatic blinds working again. It has not been easy but we keep pushing to find someone to get this fixed.Overall, we are glad your stay went well with us. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Just how I like things. The furniture, fittings and decor all looked new. The communal area ( The Kitchen / dining room was clean,well stocked and showed no signs of wear and tear. Good location near bus stops, and importantly...The Lakeside, Home Of World Darts.

Deepcut Lodge is a fantastic place to stay,the rooms are very spacious and very clean,the beds are comfortable however this is only a personal choice but I would have preferred cotton bedding,the communal kitchen was well stocked up with everything you'd need for a continental breakfast,id highly recommended deepcut Lodge,great place to stay.

It may have been that you used it at a time the booster was not scheduled on. It has a certain time that it kicks in to boost it and usually we anticipate an evening slot where guests would be having shower so it kicks in that time. We will look into how best to set it to cover a bit longer. I am glad it was not cold though :). Stayed once again at Deepcut Lodge. This time on my own. Given a twin room which was perfect. On suite. All the modcons I needed on a cold stay. Extra blankets, snuggle blanket, small blow heater and underfloor heating. What more can a girl want? Had the best two nights sleep for a very long time. Thank you. Parking is hit and miss. The modern downstairs rooms here took me a few minutes to familiarise myself with the first time we stayed, however they have everything we needed, it’s clean and fresh and all information is written on switches and a A4 sheet by kettle. The well equipped shared kitchen is a lovely space too. As we had two separate rooms this time for extended family, it was lovely to chill in shared kitchen to talk over a glass of something at the end of the day. It is stocked well food wise for continental breakfast. There is a cupboard in the kitchen with your room number. It had spare loo roll but is also handy to have for storing any food shop you come with if you fancy something different or snacks during the rest of your stay. Shared fridge so please be aware and respect labels.Bathroom is wet room shower in room 1,2&3 which we have stayed in all have good power. Shower gel was supplied. They have a skylight window to let in natural light with remote control blind. We have stayed upstairs in room at front before that one was accessed straight from kitchen area, seemed smaller because of furniture layout maybe?The properties rooms we have stayed in mostly are down a side path which is quieter as can’t hear the busy road. Which just now isn’t as busy as down to one lane while major works are done to the old army camp. Not sure how long they will be in place but sounds like it maybe a while. This means the route is one way just now so take note of your sat-nav as may take you a route you wouldn’t expect for last few miles to allow access.The cleaner was friendly and very helpful to a family member when she requested help.Vish & Poonam are the proprietors and I had no issues with contacting them, were very happy to assist with my queries before I booked and the email you receive on the day has all the other information you require regarding access to your room.Thank you Vish & Poonam. Very impressed with this property. Good value for money, modern features, warm and comfortable environment, good continental breakfast, great parking facilities within 30sec walk.The hosts were excellent and approachable. The breakfast facilities were constantly stocked and had a variety of options to meet several dietary requirements. They responded immediately to a water heating issue and sorted it then and there.The kitchen could have done with some butter, instead of having only margarine, however, I believe that if I had actually raised this with the hosts then they would have quickly provided some butter.Overall, very pleased with our stay and would definitely return.

Wow what a find, as good as a hotel but a nicer price.This little place has it all. A spotlessly clean room, great kitchen facilities and a nice dining area, easy breakfast, a great location and easy parking.I travelled with a dog as I was at a dog show locally and it was easy taking him with me. I parked outside on the first night which was easy for unloading, the room has solid floors and there’s a park and woodland literally a stones throw away. The access to the rooms has motion sensor lights and the rooms and kitchen have key code access. So much easier than having a key/card.The plugs had USB sockets which is hugely appreciated. The bed was so so comfy and despite being on a main road and on the flight path, it was silent and I slept a full 8 hours each night.The bathroom was lovely with a huge walk in shower and soft towels a plenty.Nearly there are food outlets and I ordered a takeaway which was delivered after a busy day.2 parking spaces out the front but if these are full there is a small well lit and safe public car park just 3 doors away. I felt safe at the Lodge and walking to/ from the car in this quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen had simple breaksfast item, fresh milk, a fruit basket and best of all decent coffee !!I really can’t fault this place and will definitely be back !

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The beds were lovely and firm, a couple of observations in our room, the pillows could do with an upgrade, lovely shower but the bottom of the tiles need a through clean on the grouting very grubby. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and I have to say each time there have been improvements. They obviously read their reviews and acted upon them.My room was clean and tidy while there are signs of ware on this whole there were improvements. If I were to be really picky I would say the tv reception needs attention. The lady I booked with was super helpful and very kind. I would stay here again and recommend.

Stayed 11 SEptember 2023. Clean and well appointed room.Comfortable bed.Our only issue was ceiling window which could not be opened; certainly no instructions and had difficulty working out remote control for blind. Fan too noisy to use in our room.

The toilet flush did not function properly. One has to press the button very hard. The mirror in the bathroom is too low and not in the best place, over the toilet. The nearest retaurant/pub is 'The Frog' and the food is very good.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was good. There is a green light in the ceiling that was quite bright during the night, and our skylight didn't work, which made it difficult to get ventilation during the night, but other than that it was perfectly fine for a one-night stay.

My partner and I have stayed here twice and will highly likely stay here again. The room is spacious and clean and the continental breakfast available is always good. We brought our dog with us this time and they were more than accommodating. The only thing I would say is our room (number 4) was very very warm compared to my parents in number 2 however there's not much they can do about that.

A comfortable, basic room with an informal atmosphere. The help-yourself breakfast was home from home, instructions were very clear, access was straightforward and we did manage to park the car right outside the property in the one of two spaces available.Two minor points: my wife would have liked a vanity mirror in the room itself, perhaps over desk; we needed more than two small hooks for the towels in the en-suite, especially as there were instructions not to place them on the floor.We would return if we needed accommodation in the area again.

First impression was the communal room very tidy and clean. Heading towards the stairs and to the room again very clean and tidy met assistance very polite. Stayed for the night had a good night sleep in a very comfortable bed. I would definitely highly recommend this place if you a planning to stay for the weekend or visiting. The property is very clean and modern and it was easy to locate from the information provided. We parked in the free carpark a few minutes away. The entry codes were provided in advance and the room was easy to access. Really impressed with the kitchen and dining area as it was clean, modern and well stocked with different breakfast options. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean too. A fan was provided which really helped as the room did not have a window apart from the skylight.

Maybe a couple of chairs?A much bigger problem: drying our towels. Please address this as it would enable the guests to re-use them. Really nice clean room beds are comfortable. Warm was a bit warm but fan provided. Communal dining space very tidy. Good selection of fruit cereal bread etc.Only thing that let it down was a dog owner let its dog poo on bath and didnt clean it up so i cleaned for them.

Hosts were very accommodating and very helpful. Kitchen had a locker to keep all your bits in if needed. Was very warm when we stayed. Rooms have skylights as windows, these at the time were not able to open. The owners have now got window openers to help with the heat. Fan's were provided in the rooms to help with the hear. Convenient to motorways,quiet and a lovely place to stay. Allowed dogs which was perfect for me. Breakfast was basic continental style but more than adequate. Communal kitchen has microwave, fridge,tables and chairs and a big television if you wanted to spend some time in there. A great set up and will gladly spend time there again.

Every time I work up this way I always stay here. If you want a nice room with a decent shower where you can come and go as you please this is perfect for you. Plus if there’s no parking out the front there is a car park round the corner you can leave you vehicle over night for free

Stayed June 3rd to 4th. Booked two double rooms for myself and son. Ideal stop over after a long drive, before dropping my son at the Training Centre the next day, which is only 10 minutes away.Rooms were bigger than I expected. Very clean and equipped with hairdryer and fan.Bed extremely comfortable and the wet room shower was particularly good with good water pressure.The owner was great with communication and nothing too much trouble. We travelled from Yorkshire for a one night stay to visit my dad in hospital. We booked the family room and it was clean and a very comfortable stay. Slight noise when other guests were using the kitchen area but nothing that would put us off staying again.Very friendly hosts who kept in contact with us and offered for us to use the communal area if we arrived early as we had driven for 5 hours. I often find myself having to find last minute accommodation and have come to expect the pitfalls that last minute bookings often come with. However this was not the case with Deepcut Lodge B&B. The owners Vish and Poona were so welcoming that I felt I had entered the home of good friends. The lodge was super clean and tidy with the common dining area having all the amenities one would need. I stayed in the single bed room which was small yet clean, cosy and comfortable. Honestly the best B&B I have stayed in the last 2 years within the price range. Extremely good value for money.

It was very easy to check in the Lodge by telefoncall. Very friendly and helping service on the phone.The room has been very clean with a modern bathroom en suite.

Found this b&b absolutely perfect for my requirements and offered much more than I expected with lots more kitchen facilities and the room was lovely, comfy and clean.

My stay at deepcut lodge was exactly what I needed while I was completing a course with my 2 Doggos near by.The room was cosy and had EVERYTHING I needed for a comfortable stay. Vish & Poonam were great, so kind and extremely accomodating. Nothing was too much! Also, communication was 11/10.Super easy access to rooms.(no key for me to loose 🤣). Plenty of plug sockets & space. The fan was a great touch! Big shower and super powerful too!Awesome location!Couldn't fault this place. Spot on for what I paid and I will definitely be returning with the pooches in the future!

Booked one night stay for my daughter & myself to complete some family business in the area.A spotlessly clean room, with good facilities in the toom and the communal kitchen next door.The hosts worked late into the night to sort an issue with the hot water. Many thanks to them.Would recommend if needing to stay in the Farnborough area.

As usual, clean and quiet. Everything I need is there to make my stay comfortable. Room is spacious, Wifi is performant and have extra heating if required. Included breakfast is perfect

My wife and I would recommend this place, particularly because we had a coded entry system which actually worked. We arrived very late and left early the next day, so this was perfect. Everything about the room was top notch, eg the bed was large and comfortable and the en-suite all worked properly.The only quibble is the amount of car parking which is limited.
